Es ist auf den Bildern zwar zu sehen, aber trotzdem wollte ich noch mal klarstellen, dass es alle drei Teile der Sommer Trilogie im Schuber sind, also drei Bücher und nicht ein großes. Die sind übrigens sehr schön, meiner Meinung nach die beste Version der Reihe.

Best books every to read on a summer break 😍I just loved staying put in the middle of the night and read this books

I am in the middle of the third book of the series and after having read the "To all the boys I've loved before" series, I think that Jenny Han's strength lies in describing the more platonic relationships like those between sisters or between Belly and Susannah. These moments within the books are powerful and relatable. Unfortunately, the love story in "The summer I turned pretty" and the following books is rather boring and stressful. I can't understand why Belly is into Conrad in the first place and her childish behavior makes it hard to believe that almost all the guys around her are in love with Belly.SPOILERIn the third book, Jeremiah propoes to Belly when she's in her first year of college, so she might be 18, turning 19. They never had sex before. This glorification of virginity (by also slutshaming the more open friend - Taylor - or Chris in the "To all the boys..:" books) is outdated and annoying to me. I don't expect steamy sex scenes, but this is totally unrealistic. College relationships on the level of platonic friendship? Not possible. Well, it was a nice read in total, but the first book of the series has been the best by far.
